Abu Dhabi authorities are urging the public to take precautions as unstable weather is forecast from Saturday, March 21, through to Friday, March 27.
Rainfall of varying intensity is expected across the emirate, accompanied by hail in some parts and strong winds that will impact visibility.
"The public is urged to be cautious and follow instructions from official authorities to safeguard lives and property," an update from Abu Dhabi Media Office read.
Drivers are being advised "to avoid valleys, carry first-aid kits and prepare alternative light sources".
