TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TRAVEL DATES: 16^TH DECEMBER – 20^TH DECEMBER 2022

• Winner’s guest must be above 21 years of age to qualify for the prize.
• Winner’s guest must provide full name and full date of birth as per passport, any discrepancies in details, will result in the forfeit of the prize.
• Winner’s guest’s passport should be valid for more than 6 months from the date of departure from UAE.
• Winner’s guest’s passport needs to have 3 blank pages for visa issuance purpose.
• Winner must supply guest’s passport information to ARN via email by 14:00 on Friday 9^th December 2022 or they will forfeit their place on the trip.
• Winner’s guest must be flying from a destination on the Emirates network only.
• If the winner does not meet the travel requirements specified, they will forfeit the prize and another winner will be chosen.

VISA

• Tourist visa must be secured by Monday 12^th December 14:00pm or the winner will forfeit the prize.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

• ARN will provide basic travel insurance for the winner’s guest. The details of the travel insurance coverage will be provided to the winner’s guest.
• The winner’s guest must agree to travel on the flights scheduled by Emirates.

ACCOMMODATION

• Each winner will be in a double occupancy room at The W Dubai – Mina Seyahi.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. If due to any reason the selected winner cannot be part of this trip the ticket will be forfeited and ARN will select another winner.
• Winner’s guest will receive a single economy return ticket only.
• If the winner’s guest would like to make any changes to the booking e.g. return date, accommodation this will be at their own expense.
• Winner’s guest will be required to sign an indemnity form confirming their participation and agree to the terms and conditions as specified in the indemnity form. Indemnity form will be sent by an ARN email address. Print, sign and send a photo of signed form to the same email address.
