The UAE Pavilion at Expo Milan 2015 has won the best exterior design award. Exhibitor magazine made the announcement and also gave the National Media Council an honourable mention as they organised the pavilion. Officials at the magazine say the competition aims at honouring the most impressive work from Expo Milano. The competition had a record number of entries from more than three dozen pavilions representing countries such as Spain, Japan and Germany. The award for Best Pavilion went to Germany.
