The UAE and Egypt have carried out an 18th airdrop of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip.
The latest airdrop was done over isolated areas in northern Gaza using three aircraft loaded with 82 tonnes of food and relief supplies.
It coincides with Zayed Humanitarian Work Day, which is marked annually on the 19th day of Ramadan to commemorate the legacy of the country's founding father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
The UAE and Egypt have now airdropped a total of 825 tonnes of supplies to Gaza since the launch of the 'Birds of Goodness' operation.
