Children arriving at Dubai International Airport's Terminal 3 will now be able to stamp their own passports.
The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) has opened a dedicated children's passport counter for those aged four to 12.
They'll be greeted by characters Salem and Salama, dressed in the uniform of GDRFA employees.
The department says the initiative is designed to build friendship and create happiness with the city of Dubai right from the outset.
