The four remaining candidates battling to become the UAE's next astronauts are undergoing strenuous tests as they compete to secure the two coveted roles.
The Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre is conducting the psychological assessments in collaboration with Emirates airline.
A total of 14 candidates had been selected before they were whittled down to the final four.
The assessments include teamwork, leadership, problem solving, decision-making, resilience and flexibility skills.
More than 3,000 Emiratis applied to join the programme's second batch of astronauts.
