The UAE has confirmed 3,977 new cases of COVID-19 from 173,952 tests.
Another 4,075 people have received the all-clear, taking the overall recovery tally to 289,276.
Meanwhile, 12 more patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 878.
A total of 313,626 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 23,472 are currently active.
UAE responds to further missile, drone threats on Sunday
The UAE announced it is continuing to respond to incoming missile and drone threats from Iran, with a further alert issued by the the National Emergency and Crisis Management Authority (NCEMA) on its official channel on Sunday at 3:23 p.m.
16 ballistic missiles, 42 drones intercepted on Sunday
UAE air defences intercepted 16 ballistic missiles and 42 drones launched from Iran on Sunday, the Ministry of Defence (MOD) said, adding they've engaged 414 ballistic missiles, 15 cruise missiles and 1,914 UAVs since the start of the attacks.
