COVID-19: 2,250 new cases in UAE from more than 239,000 tests

The UAE has confirmed 2,250 new cases of COVID-19 from 239,525 tests.

Another 1,736 people have recovered, taking the overall recovery tally to 401,539.

Meanwhile, 9 more patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 1,378.

A total of 422,246 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 19,329 are currently active.
