Abu Dhabi has started organising the process for serving kosher food at its restaurants and eateries.
The Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority (ADAFSA) has been tasked with facilitating the entire process.
It is responsible for ensuring that food establishments comply with the standards set by the Emirates Agency for Kosher Certification.
The authority must also check the health and safety of kosher products and make sure that the items are appropriately labelled and displayed in designated areas.
