Abu Dhabi Police called on drivers to take extra caution on the roads as heavy rain lashed across parts of the country, leaving many areas inundated.
In a statement on social media, the authority said they are fully prepared to handle the challenging conditions over the next few days, working in collaboration with local entities.
They also urged motorists to stay focused, respect speed limits, maintain safe distance between vehicles, avoid abrupt braking, and slow down when turning to prevent the vehicle from skidding.
