Authorities in Abu Dhabi are taking further steps to provide medical assistance to senior citizens and those suffering from chronic diseases.
Mobile clinics are being set up in the emirate to conduct routine health check-ups and lab tests for these individuals.
The move will also help raise awareness about COVID-19 and identify cases that require immediate attention.
In addition to home visits, the services would be delivered through phone calls and virtual consultations via the Department of Health's (DoH) Remote Healthcare app.
