South Korean singer Wheesung has been found dead, Yonhap News reported citing police on Monday.
The 43-year-old's body was discovered at his home in Seoul, less than a month after actress Kim Sae-ron was found dead after her career had taken a hit following a drunk driving incident in 2022.
An autopsy has been requested by authorities but there were no signs of foul play.
The star, real name Choi Whee-sung, gained popularity in 2002 for his soulful vocals and was one of the pioneers of R&B in South Korea.
Wheesung established himself as a vocal coach and mentor to K-pop stars and collaborated with artists around the world, including Hollywood stars.
Police were not immediately available for comment.
