Kylie Minogue has confirmed she is engaged to Joshua Sasse. The 47-year-old pop star has posted a notice of engagement in the Daily Telegraph newspaper on Saturday (20.02.16) and made the news official that she is set to wed her actor boyfriend, who is 19 years her junior, after a whirlwind six-month romance. The notice reads: "The engagement is announced between Joshua, son of the late Dominic Sasse and of Mary Heale (née Macauley), of Herefordshire, and Kylie, eldest daughter of Ronald and Carol Minogue, of Melbourne, Australia." The couple met on the set of US comedy musical 'Galavant' last year in which Joshua stars and the actor is believed to have proposed during a two-week skiing holiday over the Christmas period. The Englishman comes from Herefordshire and his great-grandfather, William Berry - who was the 1st Viscount Camrose - purchased the Telegraph in 1927 and also owned The Sunday Times and other newspapers. Kylie's other beaus have included model Andres Velencoso, actor Olivier Martinez and singers Jason Donovan and the late Michael Hutchence. The 'Spinning Around' hitmaker said previously that she did not know if she would ever marry. "I don't know if I'll be walking down the aisle one day. But I've never really seen it." However, she has been won over Joshua, who she says is a "brilliant guy" who makes her "very happy". She said previously: "I think the general consensus is, we kind of look right together. So even though on paper it might not look right, it just is right. He is an absolutely brilliant, brilliant guy. And even if I try and act cool and natural, it's written all over my face that I am very happy."
