Guy Ritchie has hired a lawyer to fight for custody of his son. The 'Man From U.N.C.L.E.' filmmaker's eldest child, 15-year-old Rocco, is keen to live in London full-time with his father and defied a recent court order to return to New York to be with his mother Madonna, and the director is doing his best to support the teenager's position. According to TMZ, Rocco - and his father - feel he has a more "stable and loving" home life with Guy, his wife Jacqui Ainsley and their three children, Rafael, four, Rivka, three, and Levi, 18 months. The teenager thinks his 'Like a Virgin' singer mother is "too controlling" and doesn't pay him any real attention. Because of Rocco's strong views, Guy has now hired a lawyer and is preparing for a legal battle to keep custody of his son, who left Madonna's tour a month ago and refused to return to her for Christmas. A New York judge has ordered Rocco back to the US for a hearing next month. Meanwhile, it has been claimed Rocco has blocked his mother from seeing his posts on photo-sharing website Instagram. A source said: "It's not a great sign that Rocco is blocking his mum on social media, especially after all the rumours that she was embarrassing him with her posts about him. "It's even more of a blow because he allows Jacqui and Guy to still follow him and he follows them back. Hopefully this is just a teenage teething problem."
