A criminal case against actor Kevin Spacey has been dropped.
Prosecutors in the US state of Massachusetts say the accuser refused to testify about a missing phone.
They defence said information about the phone could prove the Spacey's innocence.
The 59-year-old House of Cards star was accused of inappropriately touching an 18-year-old man in 2016.
