Hudayriyat Island has topped Abu Dhabi’s real estate market in sales value for a second consecutive quarter.
According to the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre’s first-half 2026 report, Hudayriyat recorded AED 19 billion in residential sales, representing 27 per cent of the total.
Saadiyat Island followed with AED 13.3 billion, while Al Reem and Al Maryah Islands recorded AED 10.5 billion combined, and Yas Island AED 7.3 billion.
Investment zones accounted for more than 22 per cent of Abu Dhabi’s residential stock in the first half of 2026, with around 72,000 units.
Al Reem Island led with about 27,500 units, followed by Al Raha, Yas Island and Saadiyat Island.
