Competition Dates: 3rd - 7th June 2024

• Listener to be above 18 years of age to qualify for Virgin Radio’s fly away summer… with flydubai.
• Listeners are only eligible to take part if they have registered on virginradiodubai.com and provided their full name, date of birth, contact number, and email address. 
• Every day (3rd – 7th June) during each Virgin Radio live show, one of the registered names will be announced on air in a check-in style announcement.
• The listener will have 15 mins to SMS the Virgin Radio studio on 4008 to successfully check-in for their flydubai flight. 
• If the listener checks-in within the 15-minute time frame they win a pair of flydubai economy return flights, 20kg baggage allowance and on board meal for 2 people.
• Off air, all winning listeners must provide full name and full date of birth with emirates id and/or passport to successfully claim the prize. Any discrepancies in details, will result in the forfeit of the prize.
• If the listener misses their boarding call or is late to check-in, then they miss their flight, and forfeit their tickets.
• Check-ins will happen in 8am, 11am, 4pm and 8pm hours every day between Monday 3rd – Friday 7th June 2024.
• The listener has to be a resident of the UAE with a valid 12-month residence visa. (visa expiration date is not before 30th June 2025)
• A passport should be valid for a minimum of 12 months. (validity expiration date not before 30th June 2025)
• The passport needs to have 3 blank pages for visa issuance purposes.
• Winner will need to apply for a visa for the flydubai destination.
• Any flydubai destinations will be selected by Virgin Radio at their discretion and allocated to the winners.
• 5 flydubai locations are… 1) Krabi, Thailand; 2) Langkawi, Malaysia; 3) Istanbul, Türkiye; 4) Tbilisi, Georgia; and 5) Baku, Azerbaijan.
• The winner must supply passport and UAE residence visa information to Virgin radio via email, or they will forfeit their flight tickets.
• If the winner does not meet the travel requirements specified by their allocated flydubai destination’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, they will forfeit the prize, and another winner will be chosen.
• The awarded flydubai ticket will be valid from July 1st - December 31st 2024

Travel Insurance

• The winner needs to arrange their own travel insurance.

Travel Itinerary

• The winner must agree to travel on the flights scheduled by flydubai to their flydubai destination.

Other terms & conditions

• The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. If due to any reason, the selected winner cannot fly, the pair of tickets will be forfeited, and Virgin Radio will select another winner.
• Winners will receive a pair of economy return tickets with 20kg luggage allowance and on board flight meal only.
