TERMS & CONDITIONS

TRAVEL DATES: 25TH JUNE – 30TH JUNE 2024

• The winner is to be above 18 years of age to qualify for the Kris Fade Show’s ultimate cricket fan.
• The winner has to be a resident of the UAE with a valid 6-month residence visa from the date of departure from Barbados (visa expiration date not before 30th December 2024
• The passport should be valid for more than 6 months from the date of departure from Barbados as per international travel regulations (validity expiration date not before 30th December 2024)
• The passport needs to have 2 blank pages for visa issuance purposes if required.
• The flight to Barbados is via London, United Kingdom, and the listener must arrange their own UK transit visa if required. For more details about the UK transit visa, please visit https://www.gov.uk/transit-visa
• The winner must supply passport and UAE residence visa information to ARN via email by 12:00 pm on Friday, 21st June 2024, or they will forfeit their place on the trip.
• If the winner does not meet the travel requirements specified by VISIT BARBADOS, they will forfeit the prize, and another winner will be chosen.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

• The winner is responsible for their own travel insurance.

TRAVEL ITINERARY

• The winner must comply with the tour itinerary pre-arranged by VISIT BARBADOS. Winners cannot request any changes to the itinerary. Anything not categorically specified in the itinerary (e.g. Food and transportation) is the winner's responsibility.
• The winner must agree to travel on the flights arranged by VISIT BARBADOS & DNATA.

ACCOMMODATION  

• The winner will be provided accommodation by VISIT BARBADOS.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. If, for any reason, the selected winner cannot participate in this trip, the ticket will be forfeited, and ARN will select another winner.
• Winners will receive a 2 tickets to the finals, accommodation for 4 nights and 2 flight tickets, a complementary catamaran lunch cruise and airport transfers.
• All winners will be required to sign an indemnity form confirming their participation and agree to the terms and conditions as specified in the indemnity form. The Indemnity form will be sent by an ARN email address. Print, sign and send a photo of signed form to the same email address.
• VISIT BARBADOS has the right to change the itinerary and travel date at its own discretion and notify the winner
