ARN Terms and Conditions

• Travel dates: 4th  November – 7th  November 2022
• Listener to be above 18 years of age to qualify for the Virgin Radio’s Every Caller Wins A Holiday
• The caller to virgin radio on 04 871 55 44 must provide full name and full date of birth as per passport; any discrepancies in details will result in the forfeit of the prize.
• The listener has to be a resident of the UAE with a valid 3-month residence visa from the date of departure from Georgia (visa expiration date not before 8th February 2023
• Passport should be valid for more than 6 months from the date of departure from Georgia as per international travel regulations (validity expiration date not before 8th May 2023)
• Passport needs to have 3 blank pages for visa issuance purposes
• Winners apply for a visa upon arrival at Tbilisi airport – ARN will cover the visa fee.
• Arn will not be responsible if entry is refused by the ministry of foreign affairs of Georgia upon arrival at Tbilisi airport
• Winner must supply passport and UAE residence visa information to ARN via email by 14:00 on Wednesday, 2nd November 2022, or they will forfeit their place on the trip
• If the winner does not meet the travel requirements specified by the ministry of foreign affairs of Georgia, they will forfeit the prize, and another winner will be chosen

Travel Insurance

• Arn will provide basic travel insurance for each winner. The details of the travel insurance coverage will be provided to each winner

Travel itinerary

• The winner must comply with the tour itinerary pre-arranged by flydubai and the gGeorgian National Tourism Administration. Winners cannot request any changes to the itinerary.
• Each winner must agree to travel on the flights scheduled by flydubai

Accommodation

• Each winner will be in a single room at the hotel/resort arranged by the Georgian National Tourism Administration   

Other terms & conditions

• The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. If due to any reason, the selected winner cannot be part of this trip, the ticket will be forfeited, and ARN will select another winner.
• Winners will receive a single return ticket only
• All winners will be required to sign an indemnity form confirming their participation and agree to the terms and conditions as specified in the indemnity form.
• An indemnity form will be sent by an ARN email address. Print, sign, and send a photo of signed form to the same email address.
• Arn has the right to change the itinerary and travel date at its own discretion and notify the winners accordingly. 

FLYDUBAI Terms and Conditions

• The prize awarded to successful entrants will consist of return flights to Tbilisi, Georgia, and include accommodation for 3 nights and set meals included (the Prize) as per the itinerary that will be provided.
• Please read through the terms and conditions which are applicable to the Prize (Terms and Conditions) below:
• To claim your Prize, you (hereby Winner or You) must confirm your ability to attend and send us a copy of your passport and UAE Residency Visa (where applicable) by 2pm on Wednesday 02 November 2022. 
• Please send copies of this to lorraine.christian@arn.ae with the subject headline of “Solo Traveller with flydubai and Virgin Radio”. If the Winner fails to provide this information by 2pm on Wednesday 02 November 2022, the Prize may be Withdrawn and another winner chosen.
• The origin and return destination of the ticket is Dubai, United Arab Emirates (DXB). The flights are only from Dubai and back to Dubai in Economy Class. The booking does not include connecting flights.
• The destination is Tbilisi, Georgia.
• The Prize includes 20 kgs checked-in baggage, a meal on board both sectors, airport taxes and surcharges in addition to 7 kgs carry on luggage.
• The itinerary can be subject to change due to any unforeseen events.
• The Winner must be a UAE citizen or resident with a valid UAE residency visa. 
• The Winner has to be the one travelling.
• The Winner must be at least 18 years old on the date of their entry.
• The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash or voucher or Prize alternative is offered and is at all times subject to flydubai conditions of carriage which can be found here: https://www.flydubai.com/en/information/policies/conditions-of-carriage 
• The Prize can only be claimed for one booking and cannot be used for two individual trips.
• The Prize travel dates, class of carriage and hotel cannot be amended.
• No additional Companions (including children) can be added to this Prize even if organized by the Winner.
• Once claimed and the trip booked, the booking cannot be changed or cancelled, and no cash refund or voucher will be given.
• If a Winner is unable to utilise the flights, or cancels the flights after they’ve been booked, no cash or voucher alternative will be provided, and the Winner will have to forfeit the Prize.
• Optional extras such as food and beverages (excluding the set meals provided), IFE, seat selection, and any other later specified by flydubai, will need to be booked and paid separately by the Winner for themselves. 
• he Winner will be responsible for any additional costs and expenses, outside of what is offered, for redeeming the Prize, including but not limited to visas, travel insurance, other transport arrangements, food and any other associated costs.
• This Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
• This Prize is valid for booking and return travel between 04 November and 07 November 2022.
• If the Winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond to flydubai with the required copy of their passport by 2pm on 02 November 2022, or is ineligible for entry into the prize draw, flydubai reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute that Winner with another entrant of its choice or cancel the Prize.
• Operating flight dates and times are subject to change at any time without prior notice. flydubai will not be responsible for the cost and/or loss of any arrangements made by the Winner.
• COVID-19 and other travel requirements and associated costs might be applicable during the dates of travel. It’s the Winner’s responsibility to ensure that they are up to date on all the necessary travel requirements and that those requirements are arranged for, such as but not limited to PCR tests, COVID-19 insurance or cover, required travel forms, vaccination certificates and quarantine requirements or hospital/clinic expenses where applicable.
• Should a destination or airspace closure take place during the dates of travel, flydubai will not be responsible for any compensation or any other expenses that have been incurred by the Winner as a result of booking the Prize. No other alternative Prize will be issued for the winner and no replacement of destinations will apply.
• If the Winner is a citizen or a resident of an Emirate that does not enable or allow them to travel from/to Dubai, no other alternative Prize will be issued, and they will have to forfeit the Prize and flydubai will not be responsible for any losses or expenses of the Winner.
• All entries will be considered invalid if they are sent through agencies, third parties or on behalf of another person unless otherwise specified. Bulk entries are void and cannot be accepted. It is the Winner’s responsibility to obtain valid medical / travel insurance for the duration of the trip which includes coverage for Georgia. No coverage will be provided by flydubai or their partners. Any personal medical expenses / costs incurred by the Winner during the trip will be their financial liability solely. 
• The Winner accepts that they are responsible for any leave required from their place of employment in order to participate in the Prize. flydubai and their associated partners are in no way responsible for any loss of earnings, holiday entitlement or any other employment benefits which the Winner may forfeit in accepting the Prize. 
• By accepting the Prize, the Winner confirms that they have:
  • At least 6 months remaining on their passport before its expiration date; and
  • At least 3 clear pages remaining on their current passport; and
  • At least 3 months remaining on any UAE residency visa which they hold. 
• All immigration / visa requirements must be met by the Winner prior to travel. In the event the Winner is refused entry into Georgia, flydubai will not be held liable for any losses sustained or inconvenience caused.
• Any immigration fees / charges / costs will be the financial responsibility of the Winner solely. 
• Food will be included in the prize package up to a limit of 3 meals per day (across the space of a 24-hour period) and associated drinks. These meals will be provided by the accommodation and form a set menu. Any additional food or drink which fall outside of these set meals will be the Winner’s financial responsibility. The Winner cannot claim reimbursement for any meals or drinks they purchase outside of the set meals provided regardless of whether they received the set meal or not. 
• The Winner agrees and accepts that the prize is based on single occupancy travel. 
• Employees of flydubai and members of their immediate families (including any live-in partner), are ineligible to enter. Any such entries are invalid. 
• The Winner is responsible for any fees associated with entering the competition. flydubai may refuse to provide the Prize, or seek its recovery in fees post-event, in the event of the Winner’s non-entitlement to the prize under the Terms and Conditions or a Winner’s breach of the Terms and Conditions, fraud or dishonesty.
• In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute between the Winner and flydubai in respect of the Prize or entrance to the competition, the decision of flydubai shall be final.

Trip General Rules

• Please keep a few things in mind as you prepare for the trip:
• The temperature in Tbilisi will be at highs of 14-16 degrees Celsius and lows of 06 degrees Celsius, please make sure you pack the appropriate attire and clothes for the trip.
• Flights, hotel accommodation and all set meals included are covered as part of the prize, however, please bring with you enough pocket money so you can spend as you please for anything that’s not covered as part of the itinerary.
• This is a group trip, and a great programme has been put together to make sure you enjoy your time. We encourage you to be part of the programme and group activities as much as you can to make the most out of this trip.
• Kindly note that alcoholic beverages of any type will not be covered as part of the programme.
• This is a large group with a lot of amazing places to visit and food to try. We kindly ask you to respect the arrival and departure times shared to ensure that we’re able to get through the programme without any delays.
• We have dedicated “free time” during days 3 and 4 so you have the freedom to go about and discover the city. Please make sure there’s a way of contacting you.
• Please be respectful of and kind to all the participants who are joining us on this trip.

General Rules

• Winners may be required to supply flydubai with proof of identity, proof of age, proof of residency and any other evidence of compliance with these Terms and Conditions as flydubai may require at its sole discretion.
• flydubai shall not be in breach of these Terms and Conditions nor liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions resulting from events, disruptions, circumstances, accidents or causes beyond its reasonable control. flydubai reserves the right at its absolute discretion to change the date and/or format of any flights or to suspend, delay or cancel flights at any time, without notice and without liability to you.
• flydubai, its employees, officers, agents and subcontractors accept no liability whatsoever arising under or in connection with the Prize and exclude all liability (including negligence), except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, for any special, direct, indirect or consequential loss or damages arising under or in connection with the Prize, including but not limited to loss of profit, business, contracts, revenues or anticipated savings. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude flydubai’s liability for death or personal injury caused by flydubai’s negligence.
• Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability, special, direct, indirect or consequential loss or damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. In such cases, flydubai’s liability will be limited to (i) the fullest extent permitted by applicable law or (ii) one hundred UAE Dirhams (AED 100), whichever is the greater. 
• You hereby agree to indemnify flydubai in respect of all claims, liabilities, costs, losses, damages and expenses (including loss of goodwill and reputation and all professional fees) arising out your own actions in any way in connection with the Prize draw or a breach of these Terms and Conditions. You also accept and agree to indemnify flydubai in respect of any costs, fines, penalties or otherwise which may be imposed as a result of the Your behavior or failure to abide / comply with local laws and regulations of Georgia and the UAE.
• The value of the Prize will be an amount equivalent to the applicable market fares at the point of origin on the date of issue of the tickets and shall only be disclosed by flydubai where required by law. The reporting of and paying for any and all applicable personal taxes, service taxes and other entertainment taxes arising from or in connection with the Prize shall be the responsibility of the Winner(s) and flydubai disclaims any and all liability arising from the Winner(s) tax implications as a result of the Prize.
• flydubai reserves the right in its sole discretion to request evidence from the Winner to verify age, identity and/or any other eligibility criteria of an entrant at any time, and to use any methods available to carry out checks of any details provided as it sees fit. flydubai may withhold the Prize until such evidence is received.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Emirate of Dubai, UAE and any disputes arising from or in connection with the Prize and these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
