Lizzo and her people have finally relented and given a song writing credit to the woman who tweeted the most famous line in the song “Truth Hurts.” In 2017, British singer Mina Lioness sent out a tweet “I did a DNA test and found out I’m 100% that b****.”  Later, a similar line would appear in the Lizzo song, which is now at the top of the Billboard hot 100.  At first Lizzo denied taking the line, calling it “crazy.”  But now in an Instagram post Lizzo says that she saw the line in a meme and will now be giving credit to the original tweet writer.

We all know Eminem is coming tomorrow at Du Arena, so it’s a perfect time to talk about this.  Rapper Fat Joe was just interviewed in Miami, and was asked if it’s true that he passed on Eminem’s demo five times.  It is.  Here’s Joe talking about it, plus how he also missed out on Rick Ross, and made the connection to get Pit Bull signed.

I think Selena Gomez will be in her 60s writing music, and people will still claim it’s about Justin Bieber. Anyway Selena did another surprise drop yesterday of a new song called “Look at Her Now.”  And if she talks about dodging a bullet, and everybody assumes she’s talking about Justin.

Check out this interesting and very personal interview with Lamar Odom. He talks about his 2009 relationship with Taraji Henson, which he kept very much on the down low. He says he regrets how he ended things with the future “Empire” actress.
