To a lot of people Sean Connery is the James Bond.  He was the first, arguably the best, and made the rule what it is today. Sadly we lost Sean Connery yesterday at the age of 90.  He starred in 7 Bond films, eventually avoided typecasting by having a ton of great roles, and won an Oscar for his role in 80’s gangster film The Untouchables.  His last performance was in 2003’s The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, after which he retired, saying he was “fed up with the idiots.”  Perhaps his biggest regret was turning down Peter Jackson for the role of Gandalf in “Lord of the Rings,” what is stolen pretty awesome life, and passed away in his sleep in the Bahamas.

Scarlett Johansson and Colin Jost just got hitched.  The announcement was made on the Meals On Wheels America Instagram page, an organization that fights hunger which the couple supports. Justin Bieber, in his new documentary on YouTube “The Next Chapter,” reveals that when he was a teenager, at the peak of his young career, he was “very suicidal.”  “The pain was so consistent. I was just suffering, right? So I’m just like, 'Man, I would rather not feel this than feel this.'"  He says his faith and wife Hailey have helped get him through that pain.   As for advice, Justin says, "I just would encourage people, like, 'Hey, if you’re feeling lonely, talk about it. Say it out loud.’' There's a freedom in that. I could have avoided a lot of pain."

German tennis star Alexander Zverev is denying accusations from an ex girlfriend that he tried to strangle her last year before the US Open.  Olya Sharypova says Zverev tried to suffocate her with a pillow in a New York City hotel room before she fled barefoot.  The 23-year-old Zverev has come out on social media calling the allegations untrue, saying, “We had a relationship, but it ended a long time ago. Why Olga is making these accusations now, I just don't know.”  In the same post, Zverev also revealed that he, at the age of 23, is going to be a father with a woman he is no longer involved with.  Zverev was the runner-up at this year’s US Open finals.
