The UAE has expressed its condolences and solidarity with Nepal following floods and landslides that have left dozens dead, injured or missing and caused significant damage.
In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs extended its sympathies to the families of the victims and the people of Nepal, and wished those injured a speedy recovery.

A huge wall of mud and rock collapsed into a river on the Himalayan border of Nepal and China's Tibet on Wednesday, triggering catastrophic flooding on the Nepali side.
Some 157 bodies had been recovered so far, Nepal police said late on Wednesday.
