UAE President discusses bilateral cooperation with Greek PM

President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has discussed strengthening cooperation with Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis during his working visit to the UAE on Tuesday. 

Both sides looked into collaborating across key sectors, including economy, technology, artificial intelligence, renewable energy, sustainability, infrastructure, and cultural sectors under their shared Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.

The two leaders also witnessed the exchange of a memorandum of understanding between their governments on cooperating in artificial intelligence and technology.

They further added on the 50th anniversary marking establishment of diplomatic relations between the two nations this year. 

Discussions on developments in the Middle East and their implications for regional and international security and stability were also held, with Mitsotakis reiterating Greece’s condemnation of the Iranian terrorist attacks targeting the UAE.
