UAE petrol prices to go up in May

Some motorists will have to pay more at the pumps in May, as petrol prices continue to rise for the third month in a row.

The cost of Super 98 will be AED 3.66 per litre, up from AED3.39 in April, while Special 95 will go up to AED 3.55 compared to AED3.28 a litre last month.

E-Plus 91 will cost AED 3.48, up from AED3.20 a litre.

Diesel prices will remain the same at AED4.69 a litre. 

The prices were announced on Thursday by the UAE Fuel Price Committee.
