The UAE has confirmed 2,315 new cases of COVID-19 from 237,240 tests.
Another 2,435 people have been given the all-clear, taking the overall recovery tally to 447,790.
Meanwhile, two more patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 1,499.
A total of 463,759 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 14,470 are currently active.
