UAE air defences intercepted 7 ballistic missiles and 27 drones on Friday, a statement from the Ministry of Defence confirmed.
Since the start of Iran's attacks, UAE air defences have dealt with 285 ballistic missiles, 15 cruise missiles, and 1567 drones.
These attacks have resulted in 6 deaths of Emirati, Pakistani, Nepalese, and Bangladeshi nationalities.
There have also been 141 cases of minor to moderate injuries among Emirati, Egyptian, Sudanese, Ethiopian, Filipino, Pakistani, Iranian, Indian, Bangladeshi, Sri Lankan, Azerbaijani, Yemeni, Ugandan, Eritrean, Lebanese, Afghan, Bahraini, Comorian, Turkish, Iraqi, Nepalese, Nigerian, Omani, Jordanian, Palestinian, Ghanaian, Indonesian, and Swedish nationalities.
The Ministry of Defense affirms that it is on high alert and readiness to deal with any threats and to firmly confront all that targets the destabilisation of the state, ensuring the preservation of its sovereignty, security, and stability, and protecting its interests and national capabilities.
