Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, has condemned the recent hostile Iranian attacks targeting Kuwait in a phone call with Kuwaiti foreign minister Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.
Sheikh Abdullah reaffirmed the UAE’s full solidarity with Kuwait and its support for all measures it takes to protect its people.
He further stressed that the security of Kuwait is an integral part of the UAE and the Gulf Cooperation Council states' safety.
The attacks, where were carried out the past two days, caused the temporary closure of Kuwaiti airspace, with its air operations later resuming on Thursday.
