Residents are being urged to report any damages or malfunctions concerning public transport property.
That's according to the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), which clarified that this includes public transport vehicles, roads, footpaths, traffic lights and street signs.
In a post on Twitter, the authority called on people to use the 24|7 Madinati service on the RTA Dubai app to report such incidents.
They also said issues will be addressed within 24 hours.
