Dubai Holding has launched an Early Careers Programme to attract, nurture and accelerate the career path of high-potential UAE talent.
It will offer two programmes - Internship and Graduate - providing structured career development opportunities for students and fresh graduates.
Through immersive learning, cross-sector exposure and guided mentorship, this global programme will be open for UAE nationals and international graduates.
Applications are now open for the 18-week Internship Programme that begins in June and the 12-month Leaders of Tomorrow that will kick-off in August.
It's part of Dubai Holding's efforts to create meaningful career pathways while supporting the national talent development goals.
