Helipads will soon be constructed at three different locations in Dubai to help cut response time during emergencies. They’ll come up along the metro route in Rashidiya, Al Qusais and Jebel Ali. The plan was discussed during a meeting between the Roads and Transport Authority and Dubai Police, focusing on the safety of metro and tram users. They also touched on pedestrian safety and the flow traffic at intersections, especially at JBR.
