Sheikh Mansour is attending the summits on behalf of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
The UAE delegation was welcomed at Hamad International Airport by Sheikh Saud bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, Qatar’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence Affairs, along with several senior Qatari officials.
