No fees will be collected from religious leaders in Abu Dhabi for COVID-19 tests.
Making the announcement on Twitter, the Department of Community Development in Abu Dhabi (DCD) said it's part of efforts to ensure the health and safety of the worshippers.
According to the guidelines, a maximum capacity of 30 per cent needs to be maintained while taking all the health and safety precautionary measures to limit the spread of the virus.
