The first batch of aid from the Saqr Humanitarian Ship has entered the Gaza Strip, four days after the vessel docked at Al Arish Port in Egypt.
UAE teams in Al Arish have been working around the clock through the UAE Humanitarian Aid Logistics Centre to unload, sort and prepare the shipments.
Officials say these intensive efforts are ensuring the swift and organised delivery of supplies to families inside Gaza.
Operations are running under a precise system designed to accelerate the entry of aid, especially as humanitarian needs in the territory remain severe.
This shipment comes as a donation from the Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qasimi Charity and Humanitarian Foundation, ahead of the holy month of Ramadan.
The UAE says the mission is part of its continued commitment under Operation Chivalrous Knight 3 to support the Palestinian people and strengthen the humanitarian response on the ground.
