Dubai is set to roll out drone delivery services across selected public parks and beaches as part of its push to enhance smart mobility and visitor convenience.

The initiative comes through a strategic partnership between Dubai Municipality and Keeta Drone, aimed at introducing aerial delivery routes and testing new logistics solutions within public spaces.

The project is designed to speed up access to food and beverage orders, essential items and on-demand services, while improving efficiency and creating more seamless experiences for park and beach visitors.

Officials say the phased rollout will begin later this year, with Dubai Municipality identifying suitable locations and overseeing coordination, while Keeta Drone handles technical design, route planning and operational testing.

The collaboration is also expected to support broader efforts to explore sustainable, future-ready mobility solutions and strengthen Dubai’s position as a global leader in smart city innovation.

"Dubai Municipality is exploring innovative mobility solutions that support more efficient service delivery and contribute to creating future-ready public spaces designed around convenience, accessibility, and enhanced visitor experiences," said Bader Anwahi, CEO of the Public Facilities Agency at Dubai Municipality.

"Our partnership stands for meeting people where they already are — at the park, at the beach, and within the public spaces that shape everyday life in Dubai," added Dr. Yinian Mao, President of Keeta Drone.
