Dubai RTA reopens some service centres

Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has reopened its customer happiness centres located in Deira, Umm Ramool and Al Barsha.

It’s also restarted operations at 19 of its vehicle testing service providers across multiple locations.

Thermal scanners have been installed at the centres that will be open from 09:00 am to 03:00 pm. 

It’s also mandatory for staff and visitors to wear masks and maintain appropriate physical distance.

The RTA has called on customers to continue using online and smart channels as much as possible.
