Dubai Police have shut down four printing presses for reportedly printing "massage cards," the authority announced on Saturday.
The authority warned the public against contacting the numbers provided on the mentioned cards, saying doing so poses a risk of theft or extortion.
"Dubai Police confirmed that it had closed 4 printing presses for violating the laws in printing massage cards, as part of its fight against these negative practices," it said.
It also urged the public to report suspected illegal activity, including the distribution of massage cards, by calling 901 or through the Dubai Police application.
