Dubai Police has launched the second generation of its official website and smart app, along with a new Lawyers Platform designed to make legal procedures faster and easier.

The platform offers seven specialised digital legal services, allowing lawyers and legal consultants to complete transactions securely and efficiently, without unnecessary paperwork or visits to police stations.

Dubai Police says the move supports the justice system and aligns with the emirate’s digital transformation and zero bureaucracy goals, using innovation and data-driven services to improve the customer experience.

The upgraded website and app use the official digital identity system and are available in seven UN languages, with support for more than 260 additional languages through artificial intelligence.

Lawyers can now manage cases, powers of attorney and client requests online through dedicated digital workspaces.

An integrated system also allows them to track requests, circulars and travel bans, with real-time updates sent by email, text message and in-app notifications.

The platform also features Dubai Police AIX, a smart digital advisor that provides accurate guidance on services, reports, and enquiries, offering a more advanced experience than traditional chat systems.
