Dubai Municipality has clarified that dead fish that were spotted recently in some water channels in the emirate is a natural phenomenon.
The authority said that it's often caused by weather fluctuations and rising sea surface temperatures.
Specialised teams are currently managing the situation by cleaning up and removing the dead fish to ensure public health and safety.
