A new smart council has been launched in Dubai to receive suggestions from the public on strengthening the city’s development process. The ‘Mohammed Bin Rashid Smart Majlis’ gives citizens, residents and visitors the opportunity to submit ideas and provide feedback on facilities such as roads, beaches and parks. It will operate under the direct supervision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. Officials will meet periodically to conduct brainstorming sessions and review the suggestions received. The virtual council can be accessed via the MBRMajlis smartphone app or www.MBRMajlis.ae
