Three of the best and worst-performing government service centres in Dubai will now be revealed at the beginning of every year.
His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, made the announcement.
In a series of Tweets, Sheikh Hamdan said that he will personally monitor the quality of services provided.
The first list will be out on January 18, 2020.
The announcement comes just a day after five of the best and worst rated federal government entities in the country were named.
.@HamdanMohammed: We are committed to full transparency in announcing these results. We expect Customer Happiness to be treated as a priority as the goal is to serve and satisfy every customer of government services in the emirate. #Dubai
