Teams from Dubai Civil Defence have successfully contained a fire that broke out in a building on Sheikh Zayed Road and confirmed that no one was injured in the incident.
A social post by Dubai Media Office at 1:46 am on Thursday said cooling operations were completed in accordance with the necessary procedures.
The authorities did not reveal what caused the fire that broke out on a floor undergoing maintenance , but described it as "minor".
