COVID-19: 2,798 new cases in UAE from more than 148,000 tests

The UAE has confirmed 2,798 new cases of COVID-19 from 148,587 tests.

Another 3,933 people have received the all-clear, taking the overall recovery tally to 309,692.

Meanwhile, nine more patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 930.

A total of 329,293 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 18,671 are currently active.
