The UAE has confirmed 2,196 new cases of COVID-19 from 226,275 tests.
Another 2,385 people have recovered, taking the overall recovery tally to 429,573.
Meanwhile, five more patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 1,456.
A total of 446,594 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 15,565 are currently active.
The Ministry of Health conducts 226,275 tests as part of its plans to expand the scope of the tests, and reveals 2,196 new cases of the #Coronavirus, 2,385 recoveries and 5 death cases due to complications. #TogetherWeRecover
