COVID-19: 2,159 new cases in UAE from more than 244,000 tests

The UAE has confirmed 2,159 new cases of COVID-19 from 244,459 tests.

Another 1,939 people have recovered, taking the overall recovery tally to 403,478.

Meanwhile, 10 more patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 1,388.

A total of 424,405 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 19,539 are currently active.
