Dubai has honoured an Afghan minister at the World Government Summit.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of the Dubai, presented the Best Minister Award to Dr. Ferozuddin Feroz in a ceremony at the Madinat Jumeirah on Sunday.
The Minister of Public Health in Afghanistan was recognised for his efforts in improving the lives and health of the people of his country.
