Abu Dhabi raises capacity in malls and restaurants to 40 per cent

Abu Dhabi has raised the capacity in malls and restaurants inside malls to 40 per cent.

That’s based on a decision made by the Abu Dhabi Emergency and Crisis Committee for the Covid-19 Pandemic, in collaboration with the Department of Health (DOH).

They also revealed that hotel beaches, restaurants outside malls and museums will be allowed to reopen with a capacity of 40 per cent as well.

Public beaches, however, will remain closed.

Meanwhile, individual sports and activities that can be practiced in open spaces, such as horse riding, cricket, cycling, golf, sailing and racket sports are now allowed for those between the ages of 12 and 60 from Monday, June 1.
