UAE authorities have called on the public to nominate individuals who've made exceptional and selfless contributions to the community for the 12th edition of the Abu Dhabi Awards.
Held under the patronage of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the award has, over two decades, recognised 100 individuals who have selflessly served the UAE community.
Anyone irrespective of their nationality, age or profession is eligible for a nomination via the Abu Dhabi Awards website.
Once submitted, nominations go through a thorough research and review phase, where a dedicated team evaluates each candidate’s impact. Finalists are then reviewed by a judging panel, who makes the final recommendations.
Award recipients, who will be selected based solely on their deeds, and not by the number of nominations they receive, will be honoured by Sheikh Mohamed during a special ceremony.
The Abu Dhabi Awards is accepting nominations year-round, through its website, to honour inspiring role models who have contributed meaningfully to the UAE’s community.
