Dubai Police has recorded a 99.9 per cent score for daytime safety in the latest Security Quality of Life Survey, reinforcing the emirate's reputation as one of the safest places in the world.
The survey, conducted by the Federal Competitiveness and Statistics Centre in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior, forms part of the national Security Quality of Life Index, in which Dubai Police achieved an overall score of 98.2 per cent.
Brigadier Saeed Abdullah bin Tuwair Al Suwaidi, Assistant Undersecretary for Security Affairs at the Ministry of Interior, said the daytime safety perception score was one of three key indicators used to measure public confidence in security services.
The force also recorded a 98.7 per cent score for people feeling safe while walking at night and 96.2 per cent for public confidence in police stations.
Dubai Police also highlighted a series of operational achievements during 2025, including processing more than 218 million digital transactions, achieving a 97.7 per cent digital adoption rate, and recording 96.9 per cent customer happiness with its digital services.
The force handled 6.9 million emergency and non-emergency calls during the year and scored 93.3 per cent in the Future Readiness and Innovation Index, reflecting its continued focus on technology and proactive policing.
Dubai Police also received 51 awards, including 12 international honours, further strengthening its reputation among leading law enforcement agencies worldwide.
Lieutenant General Abdulla Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, said the results reflected the continued support of the UAE leadership, the Dubai Government and the Ministry of Interior, as well as the dedication and professionalism of Dubai Police personnel.
The achievements build on another milestone earlier this year, when Brand Finance ranked Dubai Police as the world's strongest police brand, awarding it the highest possible AAA+ brand strength rating and recognising its contribution of AED57.9 billion to the UAE's national brand value.
