Australian skipper Steve Smith and Indian spinner Ravichandran Ashwin have ended 2015 as the top players in Test cricket. Smith’s performance in the Boxing Day Test against West Indies saw him jump from fourth to number-one position in the year-end rankings for batsmen. Meanwhile, Ashwin claimed the number-one bowling spot for the first time in his career after taking 62 wickets in nine Tests. He also ends the year as the top ranked all-rounder.
