Salman Butt, Mohammad Asif return to domestic cricket after bans

Pakistani cricketers Salman Butt and Mohammad Asif have returned to domestic action after completing their five-year bans for spot-fixing. The pair, along with Mohammad Amir, were banned by the International Cricket Council (ICC) for bowling deliberate no-balls in return for money during the England tour in 2010. The ICC lifted their sanctions last year, making them eligible for national and international matches. Butt and Asif are currently playing in Pakistan's domestic one-day tournament, while Amir has been selected for the senior team’s tour of New Zealand.
